I have now booked 3 moves with Provincial Moving & Storage over the last 4 months: a whole house move for my boss, delivering some items to a condo and the rest to our own site storage facility, an office move breaking down desks and moving them to our own site storage and a one bedroom apartment move from Vancouver to Victoria, with some items being delivered to a condo and the rest ending up at a storage unit at The Storage Room. In each case their quote was the cheapest, the crews on each move were extremely friendly and easy to work with, efficient with their time, were careful but confident with furniture, and showed up when they said they would.

Communication starting with the booking phase with Rachael to communication with the crew on move day was excellent. You were never left hanging at any point, with pre and post move check-ins from Michael. A very professionally run outfit for sure!

And maybe most importantly, the final bill was bang on with their original quote, unless something extra was added on the move day. In this crazy world where we have to be so vigilant with scams, thieves and posers, it's a welcome relief to deal with an honest company just doing the job they were hired to do, doing it well and cost effectively. Well I have to say, I was very blown away by Rachael and her team. Not only was she thorough in the quoting process, but she connected us with other great services that we didn’t even know we might need. There were good check-ins and expectations were clear.
