Rachael and her team did an outstanding job on our move from Sidney to Campbell River. We had them pack the majority of our belongings as well as move us, and they took special care with every step.

 

Rachael took her time to thoroughly assess our needs and provided an accurate quote. The team that packed took their time and ensured all our fragile items were thoroughly protected. Everything made it to our new place without any damage.

 

Loading and unloading were done efficiently and in complete compliance with our building rules. Every team member treated us and each other with respect and we were able to share a lot of laughs along the way. This is my third time using Provincial Moving & Storage and I highly recommend them.

I have now booked 3 moves with Provincial Moving & Storage over the last 4 months: a whole house move for my boss, delivering some items to a condo and the rest to our own site storage facility, an office move breaking down desks and moving them to our own site storage, and a one bedroom apartment move from Vancouver to Victoria, with some items being delivered to a condo and the rest ending up at a storage unit at The Storage Room.

 

In each case their quote was the cheapest, the crews on each move were extremely friendly and easy to work with, efficient with their time, were careful but confident with furniture, etc, and showed up when they said they would.

 

Communication starting with the booking phase with Rachael to communication with the crew on move day was excellent. You were never left hanging at any point, with pre and post move check-ins from Michael. A very professionally run outfit for sure!

 

And maybe most importantly, the final bill was bang on with their original quote, unless something extra was added on the move day. In this crazy world where we have to be so vigilant with scams, thieves and posers, it's a welcome relief to deal with an honest company just doing the job they were hired to do, doing it well and cost effectively.
