I recently moved (Aug 30, 2025) from my home in View Royal to a one bedroom apartment close by. Provincial Moving and Storage was absolutely, hands down, the best movers ever!
Starting with conversations with Rachael (so friendly, reassuring, and kind) to the three lads who moved everything (Mike B., Eric S., Athan G.) the day went beautifully. I have to add, that my situation was a bit complicated and I was held up with tennant's insurance until the day BEFORE the move. Now, I'm thinking that most movers would have cancelled at this point, but not Provincial!!
They were true to their word and showed up on time the next morning. All of my furniture was carefully wrapped and gently moved into my new location. On top of that, I was there at the apartment to show them where I wanted everything (including carpets) placed. The lads were accommodating and even humerous. I can't recommend this family run business highly enough. They were fabulous!
If you are looking for a moving company in Victoria, go with Provincial!! You won't be disappointed.

Moving is stressful but the Provincial moving company alleviate the stress from the meeting with Rachael for the estimate, the team that came to pack, the movers that moved my things out of my house, the men who moved my things into my condo to the follow up phone call to make sure I was satisfied with their service.
Everyone I met from Provincial company were courteous, took great care with my possessions and arrived as scheduled. I highly recommend Provincial moving company.

Rachael, Jonathan & their whole team are amazing! They got us through a complicated move that involved three different days. On the third day, there was a joke as they wanted to show me how they'd solved a space / carpet challenge and asked "best movers ever?" The answer is yes.
All the technical aspects have been impressive (estimates, documents, scheduling), but the care and attention to the furniture, goods, and "on the spot" decisions were wonderful. Warmest appreciation!!!

They carefully wrapped all of our furniture in blankets to avoid any damage and handled a complicated multi-location move with ease.
